Aerospace ‘B’ Hi-Lok Protrusion Gauge – Black Markings Description
Set of 5 precision protrusion gauges from Omega Technologies for nominal diameter Hi-Lok® and Hi-Tigue® fasteners, sizes: 5/32”, 3/16”, 1/4”, 5/16”, and 3/8” larger than the OM2-1522 gauges.
These gauges feature a modified ”MAX” protrusion limit, and much tighter tolerances. The larger gauges measure 1.05” square, and permit greater ‘reach’ to check pins even if the collars have particularly wide bases or washers.
Each set is serialized for calibration and control purposes. All 6 pieces of each set bear the same serial number.
