Aerospace ‘B’ Hi-Lite Protrusion Gauge – Red Markings Description
Set of 5 precision protrusion gauges from Omega Technologies for nominal diameter Hi-Lite® fasteners, sizes: 5/32”, 3/16”, 1/4”, 5/16”, and 3/8” larger than the OM2-1522HST gauges.
These gauges feature the same ”MIN” and ”MAX” protrusion limits as the OM2-1522HST, but with much tighter tolerances. These gauges may be used in place of 2-1522HST or OM2-1522HST gauges. The larger gauges measure 1.05” square, and permit greater ‘reach’ to check pins even if the collars have particularly wide bases or washers.
Each set is serialized for calibration and control purposes. All 6 pieces of each set bear the same serial number.
